Vendor Program

The Office of Student Leadership and Activities coordinates the vendors who sell items outside the Fens Cafeteria when classes are in session.  Vendors pay a fee of either $30.00 or 15% of their daily sales (whichever amount is greater) to rent the space. This money is used as additional financial support for Simmons College student organizations.

Information for Vendors:

Please check the Fall 2008 calendar below for availability. If you would like to book an available date, call the Office of Student Leadership and Activities at 617-521-2423 on weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and ask to be put on the calendar.  Until September 1, 2008, you may only book four dates for the semester to allow all vendors a fair opportunity for booking.  If the calendar is not filled by September 1, 2008, you may call back and book additional dates. This website will be updated regularly to reflect any changes or cancellations. 

Once you have a verbal confirmation of your dates, please fill out the policy form and mail or fax a signed copy to the Office of Student Leadership and Activities to secure your dates for the semester.  By signing the policy form, you agree to follow the rules and regulations of the Simmons College vending program.

Please note that because of recent construction, only one 6-foot table is available for vendors to use.  The space for vending has deceased considerably, and additionl tables will likely not fit in the space.  Please take this into consideration when bringing your goods.

Also, please note that parking will not be provided, and that you must find alternate parking arrangements on days that you sell at Simmons College.  No exceptions will be made.
