Available August 1st, room for rent in Brookline Village apartment to share with two female graduate students at Simmons College. 700/month plus utilities (approx. $200 per person per month according to what we have found out so far from the landlord). We have already signed the lease, but will need to resign it with you. The lease is for one year, with option for renewal. The apartment is in a great 3 floor family house (no apt. building!) with a very nice landlord. It has hardwood floors throughout with large dining and living room. The apartment also includes a washer, dryer, rear porch, and is wired for cable/internet. The room for rent has a closet and can comfortably fit a twin bed, desk, and bureau. The apt. is unfurnished as we'll all be moving in during Aug., so you'll get to help decide how we should decorate this great space and we'll all get to know each other together! Located very close to the D line, Brookline Hills stop, on a nice, quiet residential street. Parking space available for 150/month if you need it. We will be beginning Simmons College in the Fall as our first semester in graduate school and we will most likely be working while we attend school. We are two straight, non-smokers, ages 23 and 24, who have no pets, and we would like to enjoy this apartment with a female, non-smoker from ages 22-30 within one of the graduate programs at Simmons, one of the many other Boston colleges, or a young professional who holds similar values to us.
