Free Housing in Exchange for Childcare This is a great situation for a college/graduate student or someone with a flexible part-time job looking to live rent free. Seeking a friendly, responsible, caring person who loves children and would enjoy caring for our two children (5 year old boy and 15 month old daughter) 20 hours a week in exchange for a large room, private bath, A/C, laundry and kitchen facilities and free internet access. We can be flexible with our schedule to accommodate changing semester schedules. We are a warm, fun and friendly family living in Newton Corner. Our home is a two block walk to the Express bus to Boston (10 minute ride), one mile from Boston College Law School and a 10 minute drive to Cambridge. You must have your own car, a good driving record, excellent references and be a non-smoker. Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required. Your responsibilities may include making dinner for the children, getting the children ready for bed, playing with the children and taking them to the local library or park.
