Fall Meal Plan Change Deadline

To change your meal plan, please complete a meal plan change form at Bartol Hall or print out the form and drop it off at the Campus Card Office in MCB E007 by Wednesday, September 24. No changes may be made after September 24.

* Bartol Hall and Guest meals may only be used at Bartol Hall. If your allotment of Bartol meals runs out for the week or semester (depending on which plan you are on), Cash Equivalent meals may be used at Bartol Hall.
** A Cash Equivalent meal is equal to the cash value of retail product/meal between $3.00 and $6.00 at the Fens Café only. Any amount under $3.00 or exceeding $6.00 must be paid with Dining points, Fenway Cash, Cash, Visa, or MasterCard.
† Dining Points may only be used at dining locations. Special points may be used at any location on-campus that accepts Fenway Cash.

Meal Plan Notes

Unused Meal Plan Points and Special Use Points carry over from the fall semester to the spring semester, as long as you remain a resident student. Unused meals do not carry over from week to week or from the Fall semester to the Spring semester. Unused guest meals do not carry over to the Spring semester. Meal plans and unused points expire if a student ceases being a resident student. All unused points expire at the end of the spring semester and are non-refundable.

Resident Student Meal Plan Changes

Meal plans may only be changed during the first two weeks of a semester. The deadline for changing meal plans for the Fall 2008 semester is Wednesday, September 24. To change your meal plan, please complete a form at Bartol Hall or print out the meal plan change form and drop it off at the Campus Card Office in MCB E007 by September 24. No changes may be made after that date.

Voluntary Dining Plans

Commuter students, students living in off-campus dorms, and faculty and staff have the following meal plans available for purchase:

  • 30 individual meals with $50 in Meal Plan Points:   $180
  • 20 individual meals with $350 in Meal Plan Points: $430
  • 10 individual meals with $400 in Meal Plan Points: $430

Meals can be redeemed at Bartol Hall or at the Fens Café. At Bartol Hall, a meal provides entry to the all-you-care-to-eat food stations. At Fens Café, a meal provides $6.00 worth of credit toward your purchase. Meal Plan Points may be redeemed at any Dining Services location on campus.

The meals and points included in these plans are a lump sum and do not expire until you graduate or withdraw from Simmons. To purchase a non-resident meal plan, please visit the Campus Card Office at MCB E007 or complete our mail and fax order form.
