Blanket Purchase Orders
Blanket purchase orders are issued for large volumes of products and/or services were pricing has been reviewed and negotiated. A blanket purchase order accommodates numerous transactions for a specific time frame, usually a fiscal year. Arrangements can be changed or cancelled at the College's discretion.
Funds are encumbered against the budget immediately upon issuance.
Blanket Purchase Orders can be closed at any time but will automatically
be closed at the end of the fiscal year.
