Feeling Stress?
- Remember to take one thing at a time
- Break large projects up into small manageable pieces
- Get support from friends, family members, and professionals
- Figure out what makes you feel stressed, what your symptoms of stress are, and how you cope with stressful situations.
- Once you find out all of this information, come up with a personal plan to help feel less stressed.
