Feeling Stress?

  • Remember to take one thing at a time
  • Break large projects up into small manageable pieces
  • Get support from friends, family members, and professionals
  • Figure out what makes you feel stressed, what your symptoms of stress are, and how you cope with stressful situations.
  • Once you find out all of this information, come up with a personal plan to help feel less stressed.
