Technology Media Services staff, located in Palace Road P108, are available to assist you with planning for your audio-visual needs for your special event or conference.

Early notification for conferences and special events is essential for a successful presentation. Training sessions on our advanced, high tech presentation spaces, and teleconferences can also be arranged through Media Services (617-521-2765).
