Walk Up Services, Live Phone Support, and Equipment Loans
Monday - Thursday: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
Friday: 7:00 am - noon*
Saturday and Sunday: closed
*Live phone support only; the office will be closed to the public.

Media Services Support**
Monday - Thursday: 7:00 am - 9:15 pm
Friday: 7:00 am - 6:00 pm
Saturday: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Sunday: closed
**Call x2765 anytime during these hourse and leave a message. Staff will be alerted to voicemails via pager and respond accordingly.

Summer

Front Desk Service and Support

In addition to adhering to the Simmons College Holiday Schedule, Media Services is occasionally closed the weekend preceding a Monday Holiday, such as Veterans' Day or Presidents' Day.
